World Championship BBQ...

I was fortunate enough to be selected as a judge for the 20th Jack. And I enjoyed all of it.

Bubba and Jeff shown here cooking on their 55 gallon trash cans. They took 1st in brisket and Jeff's wife Stacey took 8th in desert!

Karen and I had an awesome time at the Jack on Friday night and all day Saturday late into the evening. We saw old friends, made new ones and had the best BBQ of the entire year.

There is good and bad about being at the Jack tasting all that BBQ and hangin with all the great folks... it ruins your taste for a few weeks. Nothing else seems to compare!
