The smell of pigskin...
Oh wait, those were pork brats, chicken wings, parking lot pizzas, chicken, steaks, onions and mushrooms, shrimp and a whole lot more. The grills were fired up early on Sunday morning. Mark, Mike and Steve from TailgateDawg.com, some of the Browns finest, cruised down to tailgate with us. It was a glorious day in the lots.
We were visited by PFUFA's and the Redskins famous superfans, The Hogettes and Cleveland's Bone Lady along with a special guest appearance from Joe Cahn, our beloved Commissioner.
It was a sunny day in Canton, humid and the weather was perfect for a tailgate - as long as you have ice cold beverages! The food kept flowing off the grills and people kept stopping by to join our nice tailgate.
YTP's Crew Chief Pat Murphy and his wife Angel flew out to experience the Hall and the Skins (we're not going to hold it against him, but he's a Redskins fan.). And Chucky "Big Ole Dude" Riggs made the drive out with us. Great to have you all there for an awesome trip.
We wandered over to our neighbor's party, quite literally the house next door. They had the grill going and a custom TIKI bar built out in the backyard. Very cool party central.
When it was time for the game, we packed up and started heading into the game. We noticed that a couple of the Hogettes were escorting Bone Lady into the woods - we never saw them again...
A great game, Redskins Victory! We headed back to the lot for the post tailgate. I met up with Sgt. Colt who caught me walking next to a Redskin. Being a drill sargeant, he had me doing push ups as a punishment. All in good fun he says. Sure Sarg?
Final call: PIR is a must attend 'Gate!

The Hogettes are the Redskin's Cheerleaders - well not officially. If you ever have a chance to watch a Redskins game on TV, you'll definitely see these guys - ladies cheering for the Skins.
