That is where Bar and Lisa Beaudry come in again. They are THE best hosts and throw down some incredible food.

Bart and Lisa have been known to entertain for days on end - including last year in Arizona at Super 'Gate 08. They took 2nd place overall and I don't think Bart ever stopped cooking.

Big Ole Gate...

Bart cooks amazing boneless turkey breasts as seen and also treated us to escargot, pork loin, 4 jumbo lobsters and his award winning prosciutto and clams.

The party started on Saturday night when we ventured out to the House of Blues to see our friend Creede Williams perform. We actually tailgated the concert with some nice warm chili and a few beers in the parking lot. Thanks to HOB!

Sunday in the lot, Steve from Camp Chef brought his Dad to Dallas to see the Cowboys play in Texas Stadium. Great time and good company. Thanks guys.

I couldn't go back to Dallas without heading over to see Talkin' Trash Tailgate Bash. The guys, and girl, talk up the opposing team and tailgate all at the same time. Good fun and you gotta check out their bathroom which tey customize for each visiting team.

This week's Red Cup Salute goes to Shot Stick. This thing allows a group of people to all do a shot at the same exact time and you can add 3 more people at a time. Be sure to check out our attempt at 100 yards of shots at Super 'Gate II in Tampa during this year's Super Bowl.
